Victoria University hosts an annual Executive in Residence program that invites distinguished leaders from diverse fields and backgrounds to join us. Our 2025 Executive in Residence is Dr. Ruwangi Fernando, founder of STEM Sisters - a pioneer organisation that empowers STEM women of colour.
