  • planning and managing strategies for the construction process
  • assessing documents for compliance with codes and standards
  • assessing plans for constructability
  • communicating with technical professionals such as architects and engineers on design objectives
  • formulating project cashflows and budgets
  • preparing tender documents, contract bidding, negotiation and sub-contractor selection
  • supervising construction sites and personnel.

Minors

This course offers two minors:

  • Building compliance
  • Quantity surveying (subject to enrolment numbers).

After you are accepted into your course, you will need to enrol in your course units.

Fees & scholarships

Commonwealth supported place

A Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) is subsidised by the government, reducing it to the amount listed here. Australian citizens, permanent residents and New Zealand citizens will qualify for a CSP place. If your course is not Commonwealth supported, or you don't qualify, you'll pay full fees.
