Student Complaints & Integrity Office (SCIO)

The Student Complaints and Integrity Office (SCIO) provides advice and assistance to students and staff across VU, and promotes a respectful, safe and inclusive culture.

We also work with various external bodies including (but not limited to) Office of the Victorian Ombudsman, Victorian Police and Safer Community Networks.

Student Charter & Student Conduct

The Student Complaints and Integrity Office manages the Student Conduct Policy, Student Misconduct Procedure and the Student Misconduct Regulations 2019. Staff can consult with us for advice and assistance in managing student misconduct. We are also available to provide training and resources to staff around student misconduct and managing student behaviour.
