Overview

In this unit, you will build foundational knowledge of ICT management practices and how they support business operations. You will explore how information systems are developed, used, and managed within organisations. You can apply practical techniques to identify and address ICT issues, and you will learn to prepare service proposals that promote effective collaboration between IT teams and other departments. You would also begin to consider your ethical and professional responsibilities as an ICT practitioner in real-world contexts.

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
