In this specialised building surveying course, you’ll become an expert in the compliance requirements, regulations and laws for constructing residential and commercial buildings up to three storeys.
If you’re a building surveyor or certifier already working in the construction industry, this course will allow you to expand your skills, get qualified as a Building Surveyor (Level 2) and join the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, the national professional organisation for building surveying.

With an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying, you'll be a qualified Building Surveyor (Level 2) and can join the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), the national professional organisation for building surveying.
According to the AIBS, building surveyor students can earn $80,000 and fully qualified building surveyors can earn up to $250,000.
